Richard has over 40 years’ of asset management experience. He was formerly Asset Management Director at Glebe for 5 years, and prior to this spent 10 years as director of asset management at Chelsfield plc. Directing a small team, he was responsible for the asset management of the £500 million investment and trading portfolio including high-value multi-let assets such as 89 Albert Embankment and Henry Wood House. In addition, Richard has 20 years’ asset management experience with David Lewis at Molyneux Estates.
