David founded Glebe in 2004 with the backing of a small number of high net worth investors and The Bank of Scotland.

David has over 30 years experience and has been involved in a huge number of interesting and complicated projects from residential developments to offices and data centres to golf courses. His expertise lies in spotting the potential to add value to property projects.

A Chartered Surveyor, David spent 18 years as the main Board Investment Director of Chelsfield plc prior to founding Glebe.

When not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and competing in cycling races. He was the National Veteran Road Race Champion for 2011.
