Investment Summary

It was the 25 metre frontage and voluminous interior space that attracted us to this Mayfair building.

We recognised the potential to convert the existing office space into rare and valuable residential and appointed Eric Parry Architects to create epic lateral apartments.

Planning contract was granted in March 2012, and construction has commenced. The apartments are scheduled for completion in the Autumn of 2013.
