Investment Summary

A city centre regeneration of 10 acres of an old, rarely used canal dock.

An innovative masterplan by Terry Farrell demonstrated a commitment to excellence that attracted bluechip brands like Marks and Spencer and Orange.

Thomas Heatherwick's bridge and Richard Rogers' buildings have helped revitalise the canal basin and have come to symbolise this new quarter of London. Residential buildings by Munkenbeck and Marshall and PKS have created a diverse new community.

This has been a remarkable turnaround for a difficult location and has revitalised the area adjacent to Paddington Station.
